Sanglang, Is It Supposed To Be By Election?

In the last general election, the Sanglang, Perlis state seat has been declared won by the National Front candidate. However, the Malaysia Election Commission has made a mistake by wrongly calculate the ballot of the constituent in Sanglang. After the rechecking was done, the seat actually won by the opposition candidate by 47 votes.

The opposition began to file summon to the court. Lastly, the court declared that the seat of the National Front candidate which was declared win earlier has been declared vacant as the court doesn’t have the jurisdiction in declaring on the election matters. Now, it’s left for Malaysia Election Commission whether to declare whatever………..

Is it supposed to be by election or let the actual winner won????
